What a privilege it was to run the Cardiff Half Marathon for Dian and Young Epilepsy

Every step was for an important cause — raising awareness for epilepsy and the young people and families it affects. Thank you to everyone who supported, sponsored, cheered, or simply followed along.

And we're not stopping here. We're already looking forward to continuing to raise awareness with the upcoming Purple Day
