Public Health England have up-to-date information which you can view on their website. They are keeping schools regularly informed on developments and we will continue to follow their advice closely with regard to this virus.

 

A group of key staff, led by Mrs Holliman, are coordinating all relevant activities and are in liaison with Public Health England to ensure our community have all the support and information they need.

 

The school had already purchased and installed  alcohol gel hand sanitisers across the key areas, accompanied by NHS posters promoting hygiene control. 

 

The schools cleaning contractors have enhanced the cleaning regimes across the site, with a particular focus on door handles, touch points and the cleaning of communal items such as; keyboards, phones and desks.

 

We are also working hard to use this as an additional opportunity to teach the children about the importance of good hygiene, getting the correct information and remain calm in challenging circumstances.
