We will chart the journey of a banana from Colombia and also find out what it is like to be a banana farmer on a plantation. We will be using maps and atlases as well as investigating how humans affect the planet we live on.
We will be investigating how food is central to faith in many religions looking at the concepts abstinence, fasting and food for celebration.
We will investigate what makes a healthy meal and also learn about simple food chains.
As we are once again in lockdown our focus will move towards internet safety and using the internet safely as well as images and how they can be used safely - e.g. the use of avatars instead of real photos.
