As we approach the Christmas break after what has been an incredibly long and busy term I would like to thank staff, pupils, parents and governors for their continued support in everything we do.
I would like to recognise the efforts of our pupils in rising to all the challenges we have set them. They have shown resilience and continue to make us all very proud.
School will be finishing on Friday 21 December at 1.30pm. Could I once again ask for your support and remind you that we need to be respectful and considerate to our school neighbours. Parking over drives and not following the one way system continues to cause many unnecessary issues. We ask this to ensure the safety of pupils when arriving at and leaving the premises.
On a sad note, we say goodbye to Mrs Deboo, our finance officer, who is leaving at the end of term to enjoy her retirement. Mrs Deboo has worked in the Junior for many years and we wish her all the best for the future. I would also like to take this opportunity of thanking Mrs Kennedy, our interim Head of School, whose contract finishes with us at the end of this term. I will be writing to you all at the beginning of the new year to share how the leadership team will be working across the Federation.
Finally I would like to wish you all a restful time spent with your families over the Christmas break and look forward to seeing you all again in 2019!
