Meeting The Deputy Mayor at the Opening of Woodcock Hill Playground
Members of our Year Three Choir treated our local residents to a sing-a-long at the opening of the newly refurbished Woodcock Hill Playground. Our local residents enjoyed our singing and dancing and our children enjoyed meeting the deputy mayor.
Playground Project
Many of our year five and year six pupils are bringing singing into the playground. They learn a new song or chant each week and then teach other children in the school at lunchtimes. We have lots of fun singing in the playground.
Fantastic Fundraisers
Members of our year three choir spent an enjoyable time at Sainsbury's raising money for St Luke's Hospice before Christmas. They then continued to raise money outside one of our parent's homes for the hospice. Sainsbury's were very accommodating and we would like to thank them for their assistance in this wonderful fundraising project.
