Federation Business Manager
Are you looking for a varied and challenging leadership role that provides an opportunity to really make a difference to children’s life chances? We are looking for someone with great organisational, leadership and management skills. The post-holder will operate as part of the Senior Leadership Team to assist the Executive Head in developing the federation’s strategic and business resources to support its primary function of teaching and learning.
Mount Stewart Federation is formed of Mount Stewart Infant and Mount Stewart Junior schools. All of our schools are rated as Outstanding or Good by Ofsted. We have a strong and high performing central team who are innovative, not shy of working under challenging circumstances, and extremely positive in their approach.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, financial and administrative management experience. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and manage change. You will be outward-facing with excellent written and verbal communication skills, good IT, and analytical skills.
