This is a nonsense song that was initially heard in a playground in Estonia. Children stand in a circle and pass round an object (e.g. a beanbag) when the count of three is heard whoever is about to have the beanbag passed to them must move their hand away or they are out! This is a fun and competitive game for children to try.
