In phonics children have been learning the sounds h, b, f, ff, l and ll. They have continued to practise using their robot arms to help blending sounds to read words.

Children attended assembly on Monday to learn the important message 'choose respect'. Throughout the week we continued to recognise and promote children showing respect to each other. We explained that respect means thinking and caring about other people's feelings.

Children enjoyed coming to school in their spotty and Pudsey clothing. They learned about charities and fundraising. Thank you for helping to support Children in Need at school.
