Parents/Carers - If you are having difficulties accessing www.SchoolGateway.com i.e. you cannot see your child's name, please try to log out of the app and log back in again.
The email that you registered with for www.SchoolGateway.com must be unique (i.e. do not use the same email address as your spouse/partner).
If you are still having difficulty with your login details, please send an email to email@example.com detailing your name, email and state that you give permission for the school to delete your old account (2017/18). The school will then forward your email to SchoolGateway for them to reset your account.
